Sperity Health Memberships are an Employee Health Benefit which are tax-deductible.

Non-discriminatory Benefit:

Employers are not required to provide equal benefits to all employees, but they should base eligibility on factors like tenure, job group, or department. Employers should also exercise due diligence to ensure their benefits are not discriminatory. Sperity Health members should talk with their accountants to make sure they pass the non-discriminatory test. After structuring to pass the non-discriminatory test, a company should talk with their accountant about the membership costs being deductible and non- taxable to the employee.
